Canadian Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Ltd. is a refrigeration and air conditioning service company located at A3 - 5279 Still Creek Avenue, Burnaby BC, V5C 5V1. We provide services 24/7.

Established in August 1979, we are dedicated to providing top-notch HVAC services in Metro Vancouver Area, including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Langley and Surrey.

What We Do

Walk-In, reach-in, under-counter coolers, and low-temp freezers
Refrigeration of all types
Roof-top air conditioning, heating units, and make-up air
Ice machine and ice flaker
Complete installation, repairing, preventative maintenance, parts, and related equipment supply

Our Rates

Competitive labor charge out rate
$120.00 per hour for regular time (minimum out call is 2 hours which includes travel time and 0.5 hour diagnostic time on-site)
Service Van
$75.00 minimum for a 15km radius. If over, an extra $1.00 per kilometer.
Account customers
10% special labor discount for account customers

We promise we can provide same-day-service if call is place early hours of the day

$98.00 will be added on to Emergency call
New customers
A C.O.D. form is required to be filled before technician is dispatched to your location.

C.O.D. customers are required to pay the full amount upon completion.

Operation Schedule

Note: Saturday and Sunday time is regular time to only our account customers.

Same-day service is available if the call is placed early in the day.
Response time is one to three hours depending on traffic.
Emergency response service is available with premium charges.
Note: Overtime is not charged until the job is completed for regular account clients.

Warranty

Parts are covered as per the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Labor is covered for 60 days on work done (not on temporary repairs).
Labor of major parts, including the compressor and motor, are covered for 6 months.

Important Note

Please note any unforeseen deficiencies identified after foresaid services completed, a quote will be provided and billed separately.
A quote will be provided for parts and labor before proceeding with the replacement of any major component, such as the compressor.
